Apply for an Entry Visa

1. Duly completed Form 14A (PDF, of which is downloadable below) signed by the applicant. The visa application shall be made based on the information declared in this form. ICA may request for the form to be submitted.
2. Applicant's recent passport-sized color photograph (taken within the last three months). Please see Photo Guidelines for information on photo requirements.
3. A photocopy of the applicant's passport bio-data page (valid for at least six months) from the date of his entry into Singapore.

Processing time: 7 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

1. Scanned PDF Copy of Passenger Passport

• Ensure passport is at least 6 months valid.
• Ensure while scanning, the bar code and the number below the passport does not get cropped out. (See Image)
• If the observation page of the passport has any remarks on it — Scan the observation page along with the scanned first page.
• Ensure the scanned PDF is in color. Black & white scans will be rejected, along with your E-Visa application.

2. One recent portrait photograph 

• Passengers are required to submit a clear and colored photograph.
• The photograph cannot be the same as the photograph on your passport.

Dos & Don'ts when submitting photographs:

• Photos must be taken with even brightness.
• Photos must be taken within the last 3 months.
• Facial expressions must be neutral with mouths closed.
• Photos must be clear, and avoid pixilation or out of focus.
• Photos must have shoulders and hair clearly visible.
• Photo backgrounds must be white in color.
• Headgear/attires must be dark in color to contrast white backgrounds.
• Spectacles must have clear & un-tinted lenses with eyes clearly visible.
• Photos must not be distorted or flipped.
• Digital photos must not be digitally altered using computer software.
